FOOSBALL FOR EVERYONE

We kick off the foosball week on Tuesday, our doors are open to anyone who simply wants to spend some time at the table. Here you will find beginners who simply want to play a few rounds with their friends, as well as professional players who come to the table alone for their training. What unites everyone is the fun of table soccer and it wouldn’t be the first time that all those present later mingle and play together in a spontaneous mini-tournament.

OPEN TABLES + UNIVERSITY SPORTS + YOUTH TRAINING

Just like on Tuesday, the Kickerfabrik is also open on Wednesday to anyone and everyone who simply wants to stand at the foosball table.

What makes Wednesdays special is our special offer for young people. As part of the university sports program of the city of Cologne, all students and FH students can play table football with us all evening free of charge. Just show us your student ID and off you go. The same applies to trainees and students.

But that’s not all, because every Wednesday we also offer a free youth training session for all young football champions. Our youth coach Lina Ackerschott, active Bundesliga player and NRW table soccer champion, will show you everything you need for your first steps at table soccer – from kicking techniques and defense to trick shots and team play.

OPEN DOUBLES TOURNAMENT (MINI-CHALLENGER)

Every Thursday we traditionally invite you to our Thursday Doubles Tournament. Popular with players from Cologne, the whole of NRW, Hesse and Holland, we regularly offer the very highest level as perfect preparation for upcoming major tournaments or for hoarding important points for the regional ranking list.

On all 8 tables we play in the “Swiss” tournament format with 5 preliminary rounds + knockout round. The mode is always best-of-3.

The capacity for the tournament is limited to a maximum of 25 teams.

NO-PRO PARTY TOURNAMENT

Perhaps THE highlight in our foosball calendar. Start your weekend with us in a relaxed atmosphere and with ultra nice people, because everything is a little different at the No-Pro. This tournament is aimed exclusively at all beginners, novices, hobby players and pub players.

A tournament without any professional footballers or pressure to perform. Just a nice evening of playing games and getting to know people, just like in the pub. The music is a little louder, the drinks a little colder, you are not allowed to play jet and please leave aids such as grip bands and grip rubbers at home.

The game is played in the ever-popular Speeddate mode, officially called Monter-DYP (DYP stands for Draw Your Partner). Every Friday evening begins with a preliminary round in which each player plays at least 6-7 games in which the matches are completely redrawn. For you, this means a new partner and 2 new opponents every game.

This is a fun way to get to know lots of new people with the same hobby in a very short space of time. Then it’s on to the knockout round and the grand finale with a rousing presentation.

By the way, you can join the tournament at any time or leave earlier if you have other plans.

WE SUPPORT THE COLOGNE FOOSBALL LEAGUE (KKL)

The KKL has been an integral part of Cologne since it was founded in 2010. What began as a network of Cologne’s foosball pubs has become a real institution in the city’s foosball scene more than 10 years later.

Numerous teams, from the 1st to the 4th league, call the Kickerfabrik their home ground. We are also always available for spontaneous match days if an alternative location is required. On match days, we waive the usual table fee and are happy to provide you with 1-2 tables for a symbolic amount of €10.

If you are a team that is still looking for a home venue or a player who has not yet found a team, please contact us, we will be happy to help you!

DTFB CHALLENGER

We regularly organize so-called Challenger tournaments, high-class events with ranking for the official German ranking list. Whether singles, doubles or special events for juniors, seniors and ladies, we try to cover all disciplines several times over the year and thus give every ambitious player the chance to earn numerous ranking list points.
